Housing Scam Alert
It has come to our attention that unauthorized companies are contacting HydroVision International exhibitors and attendees offering discounted hotel reservations during the event. These "housing poachers" are NOT affiliated with the event. They usually obtain your information from websites and membership directories. Many of them charge penalties for changes and cancellations after you confirm your reservation with them. These companies have been known to also charge your credit card for the full payment of your room block and then "disappear," leaving you with a huge bill and no rooms. In addition, these companies do not support the event or provide you the customer service that our official housing company offers.

Please be advised that the only company authorized to arrange hotel reservations for HydroVision International is Preferred Convention Services (PCS).  Discounted rates are available through PCS only, so please do not contact the hotels directly. Suites and hospitality space also are available at discounted rates when booked through PCS.
