Individuals with exhibiting companies have two registration options:
Booth Staff OR Exhibitor Full Conference Delegates
Booth Staff
Each exhibiting company receives 2 complimentary booth staff registrations per 100 square feet of exhibit space (i.e., 10 x 10 booth space).
A Booth Staff Registration includes:
- Access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in and move-out, and throughout the event
- Access to the Opening Keynote Session on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Access to the receptions and coffee breaks on the Exhibit Hall floor
Additional booth staff registrations can be purchased for US$25 each.

Booth staff registrations do NOT include lunches on Wednesday and Thursday in the Exhibit Hall, the Thursday Evening Event Party, or the Friday Closing Luncheon. These activities are offered "a la carte" for booth staff.

Exhibitors Attending Conference Sessions (Exhibitor Full Conference Delegates)
Individuals with exhibiting companies who want to attend Conference sessions need to register as an Exhibitor Full Conference Delegate.
This registration type, offered exclusively to exhibiting companies at the discounted rate of US$475, if paid before June 8, 2012 (US$585 if paid after June 8, 2012), includes access to:
- Exhibit Hall throughout the event
- Opening Keynote Session on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- All Conference Sessions
- Lunches on Wednesday and Thursday in the Exhibit Hall
- Receptions and coffee breaks on the Exibit Hall floor
- Thursday Evening Event Party
- Friday Closing Luncheon
- Online Access to Conference Papers & Presentations
- Certificate for 15 hours of professional development (sent after the event)
