HYDROVISIONary Harley Giveaway

Entering is easy – just take your official Harley Giveaway Passport to the sponsoring company booths, get your card stamped, and turn it in at the Clarion Events Rebooking Lounge located at booth #1635 by 10:15 AM, on Thursday, July 13. A random drawing will be held at 10:35 AM in the same location. ENTRANTS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.  Participation in the drawing is open only to Summit and All Access Delegates. 

As a co-sponsor of the 2023 HYDROVISIONary Harley Giveaway, you are guaranteed consistent exhibit hall traffic visits to your booth!  Your logo will be displayed on the official “Harley Giveaway Passport” that all full summit registrations receive with their badge upon arrival at HYDROVISION in Charlotte. The program consists of these qualified hydro delegates stopping by each participating sponsors’ booth for an introduction and conversation. Once completed, you will stamp their passport to confirm they visited you. Once the passport is completed, delegates can enter the drawing to win a 2023 Harley Davidson motorcycle at end of the exhibition on Thursday, July 13!
