This session will focus on outlining the opportunities available to hydropower owners/operators and developers interested in development at non-powered dams and conduits. It will also discuss a roadmap on how to capitalize on these opportunities. The speakers will provide a federal and industry perspective and will discuss federal and industry views on the barriers to gaining access to this funding.
