When approaching relicensing, owner/operators are faced with strategic and economic decisions regarding the future of their hydroelectric facilities.  A number of factors influence this decision-making process. This panel will focus on decommissioning discussions held during the Uncommon Dialogue, as well as environmental justice considerations and the benefits of small hydro.
