Marine Energy Symposium

In addition to the Marketplace, a special Marine Energy Symposium is being organized for Wednesday, July 24. Any registered HydroVision conference delegate can attend the Symposium and learn what advancements are taking place in marine energy. 

This full day of content on the marine energy market worldwide will offer practical, technical information that can help advance device development and deployment. Explore lessons learned and challenges still to be faced, and learn the way forward for this emerging energy source.

Marketplace packages

Table Top Display
  • One (1) 6’ skirted table placed in the Marine Energy Marketplace on the Exhibit Hall floor for the Table Top Displayer to place literature and materials as well as place basic signage on or adjacent to your assigned table.
    Table also includes:
    one (1) small trash can
    one (1) chair
    one (1) small easel-backed sign with company name and assigned table number

  • One (1) complimentary exhibitor booth staff registration

  • All other services are at the displayer’s expense, including but not limited to shipping, electrical and internet.

    Please Note:

    • ONLY one (1) 8’x3’ side banner stand is allowed as part of table top display

    • Table does not have to manned all the time during the event.

Poster Display

One (1) display board (96 inches long x 48 inches wide) placed in the Marine Energy Marketplace on the Exhibit Hall floor on which the Poster Displayer will mount a poster (displayer is responsible for preparing poster, delivery, and mounting). NOTE: The “live” area on the board available for your display is 7.5 feet (2.25 meters) wide by 3.67 feet (1.12 meters) high.

  • Event Management will provide mounting materials for posters

  • Poster needs to be mounted no later than 12:00 pm, Tuesday, July 23rd, 2019

  • One (1) complimentary exhibitor booth staff registration

  • All other services are at the displayer’s expense, including but not limited to shipping, electrical and internet.

    Please Note: Poster Display does not have to manned all the time during the event.
