Bikram Sthapit has been directly involved with the Upper Bhote Koshi Hydroelectric Project since April 2000. He has spent over 14 years at the plant,  including over 10 years as the Plant Manager fully responsible for its Operation and Maintenance. He is presently the Chief Executive Officer of Bhote Koshi Power Company Pvt. Ltd.
