
Binghui Li

Dr. Binghui Li is a clean energy engineer at Idaho National Laboratory specializing in power and energy systems, mathematical optimization and energy system analysis. Before joining INL in November 2020, he was a research associate at the University of Texas at Dallas where his projects examined issues related to economics and reliability of wind and solar power generation. He holds a doctorate and master’s in civil engineering from North Carolina State University. He earned his bachelor’s, in energy and environment systems engineering, from Zhejiang University in China.
