Charles Conrad
Charles Conrad is a Senior Manager of Energy Origination and Development at TC Energy.
In over twelve years at TCE, he led TCE’s financial modeling in Bruce Power’s negotiation of a 50-year PPA supporting a multi-billion life extension project at North America’s largest nuclear plant, helped close eight utility scale solar farm purchases, worked on projects involving a wide variety of generation and storage technologies, and most recently leads the commercial team in the development of TCE’s 1GW/12GWh Ontario Pumped Storage Project. Prior to TCE, Charles spent a dozen years (the latter six as part of ownership) in a mid-market sell-side advisory firm, leading or co-leading over 10 closings, participating in over 60 marketing engagements and over 120 business valuations.
Charles holds an MBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University, a BSc in Biology from the University of Waterloo, an LLM (Masters of Law) in Energy and Infrastructure from Osgoode Hall Law School, and is a Chartered Business Valuator.
