David Lofftus is the Hydropower Program Manager with the State of Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC). Dave is a Montana native and earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer. He has managed the only State-owned hydropower facility, the 10-MW Broadwater Project, since 2014.
