Jeff is a program manager for the Reservoir Release Improvements program at the Tennessee Valley Authority. His primary responsibilities include: ensuring dissolved oxygen targets and minimum flow requirements are met below 15 TVA hydro plants. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from Tennessee Tech University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Tennessee and Kentucky.
