Jim has worked at Idaho Power for 33 years. He received his bachellors degree from Colorado State University and his Masters degree from the University of Idaho. He started as a Fish Biologist at Idaho Power and over the last 23 years has managed fish and water quality related issues related to FERC relicensing and compliance.
