Mr. Sams is an engineering professional with over 36 years of increasing responsibility in a wide variety of engineering roles. As Engineering Manager of Mesa’s Ft. Mill (Charlotte) office, Mr. Sams has led recent electrical and controls projects for Duke Energy, Alcoa Power Generation, Constellation Power Generation and Sacramento Municipal Utility District.
