Ludimila Lima da Silva is an Electric Energy Regulation Specialist at Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency - currently acting as Superintendent of Concessions of Electric Energy Service. Ludimila Silva has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineer and a master’s degree in environmental economics from the University of Brasilia and an MBA in Energy from FGV. She is a specialist in the regulation of electric energy services at the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency - ANEEL, currently performing her duties as Superintendent for the Superintendence of Concessions, Permissions, and Authorizations of Electric Energy Services.
