Mr. Ortiz is a PE licensed Electrical Power Systems Engineer with more than 23 years of experience. Mr. Ortiz has experience in engineering services work for Hydro, Fossil, and Nuclear as well as EPC projects for Combined Cycle Stations. As EI&C Department Manager at Mesa’s Fort Mill (Charlotte) office, Mr. Ortiz leads the Electrical team in the execution of design packages for various utilities, which includes design packages for modifications, upgrades, and life cycle projects for hydropower stations. Mr. Ortiz is also part of the Mesa team performing the assessment for hydro power in Puerto Rico.
