Pascual Perazzo has 35 years professional experience, is a Senior Engineer in the fields of civil dams and geotechnical engineering. During his carrier he has held positions of Head geotechnical department in EDELCA (formerly Electrification del Rio Caroni C.A.) (1988, 1999). Project engineer, project manager and general technical manager for MWH Americas, Now Stantec (formerly Harza Engineering Company) 1999, till 2009. Independent consultant in Venezuela (2009, 2014).He was a Geotechnical Consultant for major hydroelectrical developments of ENDE, the National Electricity Company of Bolivia (2014,2017) and since 2017 as a consultant for Carpi Tech for the Business Development in Latin America. Vice-president of the ICOLD National Committees of the Americas (INCA), 2022-2024, he has published more than 50 technical papers.
