Rory began his career in operations management of hydroelectric projects 20 years ago. Since then, he has been involved with all aspects of dams, including construction and repairs, regulatory and compliance, and development. His experience from the owner, service provider, and contractor perspectives gives him a unique perspective on all things dam and hydro. As the Senior Business Development Manager of Dam Construction at J.F. Brennan Company, he continues to use his dam and hydroelectric experience as a construction resource to the industry.
