A veteran of over 40 years in a variety C suite leadership roles, Steve is currently an independent director at Ukerhydroenergo, the largest hydroelectric company in Europe, headquarted in Kyiv, Ukriane. After a 25 year career in the US Marine Corps where he completed 7 combat deployments, Steve joined the AES Corporation where he ran a variety of both generation and distribution companies worldwide, to include hydroelectric plants in Colombia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. His current postion is as managing director global operations for Traxys, a privately held, metals, mining and energy company where he focuses on M&A activity, process improvement and corporate issues.

Steve is an alumni of the US Naval Academy & Harvard Business School.
