Tim is an Operations Research Analyst at CADSWES where he designed the optimization component of the RiverWare decision support tool for reservoir operations and planning. Tim has also worked with the Tennessee Valley Authority, the Bonneville Power Administration, Chelan PUD, and Grant PUD to optimize their systems with RiverWare. In the course of this work, Tim has conducted research to create new optimization models to solve practical problems including goal programing, power flexibility, power portfolio optimization, and power bidding.
