Tommy Bell is a 21 year employee of TVA. He worked at TVA Norris Engineering Lab for 18 years where he had the opportunity to be extensively involved in their Hydro Testing team. His testing experience included efficiency testing, structural integrity testing, heat run tests, and a large variety of other testing at the Hydro sites. More recently he has worked within Power Ops as Hydro Operations Coordinator where he maintained the Hydro Fleet’s clearance database and helped to prepare their annual business plan.  He is currently working as a Hydro Regional Support Supervisor, where he serves the Northeast Region. Here he focuses on planned outage preparation and helps manage their small capital short and long term portfolio. He loves hydro and hopes to spend the rest of his career making TVA’s fleet be the best it can be.
